| This plot shows the temperature across the wellplate, the microfluidic card that holds the biological samples. The sharp rise in temperature occurs at the start of the experiment when temperature control is enabled such that the average temperature is held at 34 degrees C. Prior to that time, temperature is lower and varies as the satellite moves through its orbit. After the 96 hour experiment, the payload temperature control setpoint was reset to 25 degrees C; as can be seen, this temperature is being maintained. CK |
